Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking, participation and execution of e-bike tours and related services provided by All Year eBiking, a brand of A-trip d.o.o., Savica 5, 42645 Bohinjska Bistrica, Slovenia (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”).

By submitting an inquiry, making a reservation or participating in any tour or service, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

The Provider offers:

• Daily e-bike tours.

• Multi-day e-bike holidays.

• Custom / personalized e-bike tours.

• Team building programs and group experiences.

• Ancillary services (accommodation organization, logistics, transfers, local experiences).

The scope of services may vary depending on season, location, group size, availability and weather conditions.

3. Reservations and Payments

Reservations can be made via the website, email or by prior agreement.

To confirm a reservation, the Provider reserves the right to request a deposit. The amount and payment deadline are specified in the offer or booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid according to agreed terms, prior to the tour start or upon contract signing.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash or other agreed payment methods.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation conditions depend on the type of service:

• Daily tours: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start.

• Multi-day and custom tours: cancellation terms are defined individually in the offer or contract.

• Team building programs: cancellation terms are part of the specific offer.

In case of late cancellation, no-show or early departure, the Provider reserves the right to charge incurred costs in accordance with the agreed terms.

5. Health, Safety and Participant Responsibility

Participants confirm that they are physically and medically fit to participate in e-bike activities and do so at their own risk.

Participants agree to:

• Follow traffic laws and local regulations.

• Respect instructions provided by guides.

• Use equipment responsibly and with due care.

• Refrain from riding under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.

The Provider shall not be liable for injuries, accidents or damages resulting from failure to follow instructions, reckless behavior or improper use of equipment.

6. Weather Conditions and Force Majeure

In the event of adverse weather conditions or force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, strikes, epidemics or other extraordinary circumstances), the Provider reserves the right to modify the itinerary, reschedule or cancel the tour.

In such cases, the Provider will inform participants as soon as possible and attempt to offer an appropriate alternative solution.

7. E-Bike Rental

If the service includes e-bike rental, separate rental terms apply and are provided by the affiliated activity eBike Slovenia.

Participants are required to accept the rental terms upon bike handover.

8. Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own health, accident and travel insurance covering cycling activities.

The Provider does not provide personal insurance unless explicitly stated in the offer.

9. Photography and Media Use

The Provider may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes.
By participating, clients agree that such material may be used for marketing unless they explicitly object in writing prior to the tour.

10. Data Protection

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Personal data is used exclusively for service execution and communication purposes.

11. Final Provisions

These Terms & Conditions are valid from the date of publication on the website.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Slovenia.
Slovenian law shall apply.
